I am currently working as the Customer Service Manager for E-Com channel at Mars International. Prior to this, I have worked with Asian Paints within the domain of Sourcing & Production Planning for 3 years. I have completed Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Operations and Supply Chain Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I hold 2 years of experience as a Vendor Quality Assurance Manager in Tata Motors Ltd.(CVBU). My responsibilities encompassed validation of supplier compliance key expectations, complaint resolution through various problem-solving techniques, manage corrective action requests, ensure the effectiveness of permanent corrective action and establish confidence in supplier\'s ability through increased cooperation. I have actively worked with senior management and graduate trainees, serving as the Associate Secretary of GET Club. I pursued my graduation in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jaipur and have achieved multiple awards and certificates for excelling in academics as well as participating for planning and organizing events. I also served as the captain of the women\'s volleyball team. Sports, trekking, and music are some of my interests.
