Here is a a bit about me from the past- At Amazon, our team\'s innovative use of machine learning and computer vision has revolutionized content quality on Prime Video. Leading a global team in technical product management, we\'ve developed end-to-end solutions that have scaled supply chain throughput by an impressive 100X and reduced customer escalations threefold, enhancing overall engagement. My expertise in operations and program management has been pivotal in launching Prime Video\'s flagship Title Quality and Customer Feedback Programs. These initiatives have significantly improved technical catalog limitations and content quality, enabling a seamless customer experience. The integration of bespoke enterprise tools and the facilitation of cross-geographic teamwork underscore our commitment to digital media excellence. The Voice of Customer program aggregated stated feedback across social, customer service and consumption patterns on the app to derive global trends and identify top pain points. This has been the kingpin product driving multi-year investment decisions. We then launched the Title Quality Program for PV supported by the first zero-to-one Enterprise tool, custom built to perform Quality reviews. We worked with the wider media tech industry and scaled Prime Video\'s review process from one-to-hundred using ML/CV/LLM, making continuous quality assessment a core supply chain function. Our core investments in science and tools are accelerating upcoming product roadmap with a vision to make our Studio and Digital Partner ecosystem gain self-serve capabilities to deliver content at a high quality bar at a much lower cost.
