I am currently working in IT services and consulting as Incident Manager at Accenture and I have in total of 4 years of experience in the industry. As an incident Manager, I am responsible for customer-relationship management for Austrian Stakeholders. I make sure all their incident portfolios are prioritised by the IT-team and are resolved at the earliest. Earlier, I have worked for about 2.5 years at Amazon in the advertising industry, for the German marketplace. I specialised in stores and sponsored products along with advertiser expectation management. Here, I’ve had in-depth knowledge of product advertisements and policies that vary across countries as well as customer relations. Moreover, I am an agile and result oriented person.
