About Akanksha Singh
Currently working as an Analyst in the Metals & Mining sector with HSBC Global Research for close to three years now. My role involves writing company/sector notes, periodicals, thematic reports, financial modelling and analysis. I work on commodities like steel and zinc as well and looked at the demand supply dynamics of both these commodities to forecast their pricing. I have worked with analysts across Europe, Turkey and the US.I completed MBA from TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) and also cleared CFA level 1 exam. I completed graduation from Manipal Institute of Technology in Electrical and Electronics and worked at Infosys for close to 2 years. I worked for a telecom giant in the US. During my graduation and post graduation, I have also had the opportunity to intern with companies like Texas Instruments and SBI Bank and the experiences have been really enriching.
