Provides strategic vision for and daily management of Emergency Management and Quality Assurance cell of CSQE• Develops, implements, and manages all facets of the emergency response program, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws/regulations and company goals/objectives and the appropriate level of corporate preparedness• Oversees and coordinates the Company’s emergency response in the event of an accident, natural disaster, or other significant event• Manages cross-departmental teams and acts as liaison between departments to ensure emergency response preparedness and compliance• Directs the research, review, and evaluation of external source materials regarding airline emergency operations/assistance programs• Evaluates the effectiveness of training to ensure employees company-wide are receiving appropriate training to maintain readiness• Ensures emergency operations preparedness of hubs and field stations; directs evaluation of field stations’ emergency preparedness• Develops and updates the Company’s Emergency Response Manual• Develops and conducts company-wide emergency response drills to test the readiness and dependability of the Emergency Response Plan• Keep current with the latest developments in the field of Crisis Management and assist in updating the Corporate Emergency Response Plan (CERP) in consonance with the scale of TSAL operations• Monitor that the Quality System is properly established, documented, implemented and maintained• Monitor compliance with, and the adequacy of, procedures based on regulatory requirements, IOSA requirements and company requirements• Ensure that a Quality Assurance program is properly established, documented, implemented and maintained, which includes establishment of an audit framework, risk analysis process to address findings and periodic audit schedules• Ensuring communication and coordination with operational managers in the management of operational risk
