I am a finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Markets (BFM) from Mumbai University and an MBA in Finance from Amity University. With over 4.5 years of hands-on experience in US Payroll operations, I bring a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.My career began at Wipro in May 2021, where I handled On-cycle and Off-cycle payroll processing for US employees, managed the Western Union process through Bank of America, and developed expertise in SAP Payroll. I also reviewed time and attendance data, processed stop payments, reversals, and manual checks, and collaborated with accounting, tax, garnishment, and overpayment teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.Following this, I joined Accenture in October 2022 as a Senior Payroll Associate, where I spent 2.5 years managing end-to-end payroll processing for weekly and bi-weekly cycles. I was part of the Certified Payroll Team and was recognized multiple times for performance excellence and customer service, receiving accolades such as the Stellar Award and Top Performer of the Month.Currently, I work as a US Payroll Analyst at ALTRES Technologies, where I oversee EDM (Employee Data Management) activities and manage complete payroll operations for weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles across various US regions.Driven by a passion for accuracy, continuous learning, and collaboration, I strive to deliver high-quality payroll services while aligning with business objectives and compliance standards. I’m always eager to take on new challenges that allow me to grow and contribute meaningfully to organizational success.
