I am currently working with Hauterfly as Features Head. I have nurtured and grown our Relationships verticle with unique quality content and managed to increase the page views. After being promoted to the Features Head position, I have been focussing on crafting intriguing content that resonates with the voice of the brand. Previously, I was with New Woman magazine as Features Editor. Thanks to its high-paced, stimulating environment, I was able to burgeon while getting hands-on experience with several aspects of a media house. Between writing features, editing print and digital articles, and planning shoots, I flourished. I joined the company, slightly naive and left with immense self-confidence and management abilities. My journey of six years has taught me a lot, both in terms of editorial skills as well as being a thorough professional. There have been ups and downs, mistakes, and lessons but there\'s been a lot of learning. I am forever grateful for my editors who believed in me and let me thrive.Today, when I look back, I can tell I have come a long way. Equipped with more confidence, expertise, and leadership skills, my keen desire to learn keeps me motivated. There\'s a long journey ahead. We can sleep when we are dead!
