Before my academic degree, I managed government as well as industry-led policy advocacy and project management for 6 years to advance gender inclusion and sustainability. My work has taken me to the intersection of government, industry, and communities, where I have advocated for policies that drive inclusion.From leading the only industry-led grassroots women’s leadership program impacting 2 million+ people to working with India’s central and state governments on poverty eradication and participatory planning, I have managed complex projects in challenging geographies.I bring a “never say never” attitude, a love for solving complex challenges, and a belief that sustainability is not just an agenda but a responsibility. Beyond work, you’ll find me immersed in regional literature, exploring new cuisines, or simply decluttering my space. Always eager to collaborate with those who share a vision for gender, governance, and sustainable development.
