   Pre- Boarding & Onboarding: India + UAE• Interact with candidates for a pulse check, Keeping HRBP and hiring managers abreast on the same including making travel arrangement for the candidate. • Updating the stakeholders on the IT and other facility related arrangements.• Facilitating Induction, collating new employee data, managing paperwork & HRMS (Oracle) update.• Sharing docs update on new joiners of the month with Payroll team, ensuring inclusion/ deletion of new joiners & leavers, extra payments if any have been captured in payroll.• Coordinating for relocation claims.• Assisting with queries related to HR Operations, liaising between payroll Vendor and employees for payroll & tax, PF related matter.HRMS:• Managing all sorts of person and salary change record in Oracle (21D). • Working with IT for changes required w.r.t enhancements.Leave Management:• Preparing Holiday Calendar• Queries on Leave• Liaise with Leave vendor for Updates, changes, corrections in the system.Insurance:• Taking care of Health & Accidental Insurance. • Getting timely additions/deletions done, coordinating with the insurance companies.• Quarterly Insurance Data Audit.• Vendor Coordination.Full & Final Settlement:• Getting the clearance done for the exiting employee, Sharing input with internal payroll team after taking into account the clearance from all departments, attendance, leaves, payable recoverable amount if any, following with Payroll for payments, getting in touch with the employee for queries related to final payment, providing & helping them with PF withdrawals/transfers & sharing Experience Certificates.Employee Engagement and Welfare: • Share ideas for employee engagement activities & work towards implementing it to give employees a feelgood factor • Work along with employees, arranging events & encouraging participation
