US Process: Reviewing policy document after receiving it from client in primary mailbox and pushing it to secondary mailbox after checking whether it is in scope or out scope document. If the document is in scope, it will be sent forward for Quality check and if out of scope, then sent back to client informing them about the Document. Validating the documents and spotting the error, if it’s correct, upload it to the client folder and send the notification mail stating we have uploaded the document. Delivering error free policy insurance with quick TAT. To Strive to provide quality support to our clients. Italy Process: We Receive Tickets in JIRA Application, we have to Verify attachments available in those tickets after verifying whether it is in scope or out scope document, we have to send it to PIM Application. After Receiving it in the PIM Application, we have to validate the document and verify the mandatory fields and spot the error, and if it\'s correct, upload it to the client folder. Upload Mails and Documents to the Client folder and send links of the document in Tickets. Delivering error free policy insurance with quick TAT.
