I am an Industry Relations professional with 4+ years of experience across Human Resources, Employer Branding, Client Relations, and Academic–Industry Partnerships. My expertise lies in building strong networks, driving student and stakeholder engagement, and supporting institutions through both people-focused and business-focused functions.Currently, I’m working as an Industry Relations Manager at The Design Village (TDV), where I contribute to strengthening industry collaborations, enhancing student career outcomes, and creating meaningful touch points between academia and the professional world.Previously, I’ve worked extensively across HR domains including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management systems (PMS), and engagement initiatives.
