Proactive in the work and updates which resulted in driving the sales in the positive way. Driving a Free Give away event in a successful manner.Analyse the sales of SKUs, then as per demand process the purchase orders using JDA and track them until they received in the DC.Setup the correct system parameters for the SKUs like vendor lead time, vendor MOQ, Safety stock, DC lane setup. Manage replenishment to support 100% store availability with optimum DOH at DC and Store.Clear communication with multiple stakeholders in order to fulfil the final goal, that customer received the inventory as per their need and on time. Weekly connects with the client to provide resolution/ steps taken to mitigate the risk.
