As an Application Technical Contact (ATC), I am the product owner and single point of contact for any technical issues for IBM OpenPages (GORO) and Risk Launchpad (VRAL) applications. My responsibility includes Installation, Maintenance, Upgrade and Security Remediation of all servers for GORO and VRAL servers to keep the platform compliant and resilient. Actively, collaborating with Vendor, L1/L2 Support teams, business teams, DBA team and other Visa internal team to keep the applications up and running. Also, as a Development Lead, I lead and manage delivery with various offshore teams for GORO, Archer and VRAL applications. Individually designed and developed multiple innovative solutions with complex integration automation to reduce technical debt. Actively working with hands-on development on application configuration, reports, code, APIs, webservices and database queries.
