Amit is a motivational speaker, Instructor at various learning platforms and trainer and guest faculty in Engineering and Management Institutes. He also engages as a consultant with various big corporate names, consulting firms, start-ups, sharing his vast industry knowledge and experience of more than 40 years. An engineering-graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T–Varanasi) and trained at Indian Institute of Management (I.I.M–Ahmedabad) for Senior Management Operations, Amit has marketed and executed innumerable major multi-million-dollar projects in the Core Sector Industries for big engineering industry names such as Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Tata Group companies, Danieli etc. He was also actively involved in Training & Development of new joiners and training experienced executives in subjects including Public Speaking, Business Communication Skills, Industry Orientation, Leadership etc. During his tenure in the industry he extensively travelled Europian countries and developed expertise in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations and Corporate Planning. Post his retirement from Corporate, Amit has been actively involved in teaching and training profession at various training institutes, colleges and corporate houses. A keen sportsman, Amit captained and represented his institute and University and later his employer in various sports such as basketball and cricket.
