Experienced in coordinating trades, managing site logistics, and ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating all trades and subcontractors. • Oversee 1st fix to final finish works including carpentry, M&E, plastering, flooring, and bespoke joinery. • Enforce H&S compliance, site inductions, and toolbox talks in line with CDM and H&S regulations. • Review drawings, plan sequencing, and resolve site issues efficiently. • Handle site logistics, deliveries, waste, and access control. • Carry out snagging, QA checks, and client sign-offs to achieve a high-quality finish. • Liaise with homeowners, designers, and suppliers to maintain progress and design intent.
