In partnership with city staff, Council and appointed boards, community organizations, corporate sponsors, and regional funders, I plan, implement and evaluate the awareness and impact of the division\'s growing arts cultural and history programs, and related services designed to enhance and diversify cultural enrichment opportunities for new and existing residents in this fast-growing Denver metro suburb of people. Includes creating and managing annual community events and cultural celebrations, year-round arts academy, award-winning art gallery, public art program, city archives, arts facilities, and related local and state grant support, all of which have increased in growth, reach and funding by over 30% in the last five years. I\'ve also participated in feasibility studies supporting the city\'s first museum, performing arts center, and historic preservation plan, as well as secured funding to update the city\'s arts and culture master plan and establish a public art maintenance plan.
