Lead the full life cycle recruitment process, including qualifying positions, talent identification, recruiting, selection, and closing. Work hand in hand with leadership to develop annual recruiting plans and ensure that recruitment goals outlined within are effectively executed and met. Proactively source and manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process lifecycle and act as a champion for diversity and equity, collaborating with our diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting teams, employee network groups, and professional associations to enhance the diversity of our talent pool. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) while employing a diverse range of methodologies to achieve candidate sourcing objectives, including referrals, LinkedIn, professional associations, and others.
