ABOUT ALEXANDRA ALI WISENALL

Leading from the intersection of healthcare, clinical practice, and purpose-driven leadership.I am an experienced healthcare executive, Doctor of Nursing Practice, and Nurse Practitioner—and the co-founder and private practice owner of Novella Women’s Health.Beginning my career early, graduating from nursing school at age 20 and entering healthcare with a deep commitment to service. That foundation shaped my progression into advanced clinical practice, earning my DNP while continuing to work and lead, and ultimately into executive leadership. Across each stage, I have focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening systems of care, and creating cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and sustainability.As a clinician, I value thoughtful, evidence-based care and the responsibility that comes with serving patients and communities. As an executive and practice owner, I lead with strategy, clarity, and a servant-leadership mindset, believing that the strongest organizations are built when people feel supported, aligned, and empowered to do meaningful work.My doctoral training in organizational and systems leadership is complemented by formal business education, strengthening my approach to strategy, operations, and sustainable growth.Beyond the clinic, I am an advocate and creator focused on advancing women’s health and sustainable leadership in healthcare. Through @TheExecutiveHealer, I engage healthcare professionals in conversations around leadership, burnout, identity, and longevity in medicine.I am also a co-founder of The Story Foundation Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created as the sister organization to Novella Women’s Health to help bridge care gaps for women in our community. The foundation focuses on education, access, and community-based support, extending care beyond the clinic walls and addressing barriers that traditional healthcare models often cannot.Motherhood has further shaped my perspective, strengthening my clarity, prioritization, and long-term thinking. It continues to inform how I lead, make decisions, and define success.I am passionate about advancing healthcare through leadership that is grounded, ethical, and human—where care, strategy, advocacy, and story intersect.
