I am a result-oriented and collaborative program management professional with more than 10 years of experience. I have a strong track record of success in delivering the work that is assigned to me, to the highest quality standards. I am skilled in various aspects of project/program management.I am currently working at KPMG Global services. Currently, I am part of a team that supports KPMG US in Technology Invoice management, contract renewals etc. We also act as liaison between ours and another Org within KPMG, to reduce escalations, improve communication and enhance business relationship between teams. Apart from my regular work, I also act as the Process Compliance Lead for 3 portfolios, helping them with maintaining the necessary documents, facilitating and participating in internal audits etc. I am also the Customer Satisfaction SPOC for 3 Portfolios within KPMG. Previously in KPMG, I was a part of PMO team that provide financial services like Cost Management workbook to clients. Before KPMG, I was part of Lionbridge Technologies, within Technology Documentation Services Business Unit supporting Rolls Royce Aero Engines. During the initial days at Lionbridge, I was a Project Coordinator/Junior Program Manager supporting primarily Aerospace engine projects like TP400, Trent XWB, Adour, Gem, etc. I have also supported Commercial Marine projects of Rolls Royce. I was responsible for On Time Delivery tracking, Risk Management, Program Governance and stakeholder management of Onshore stakeholders and other activities related to these programs. During my later period at Lionbridge, I was involved in the process quality compliance of Rolls Royce and Airbus Portfolio, reporting to the India Process Engineering Head of Lionbridge. During this time, I was responsible for conducting Process Compliance Index audits, facilitated and conducted internal audits, and facilitated external audits. During this period, with my hard work, I was able to complete external audits for Rolls Royce portfolio with zero Non Conformances and Observations for two consecutive years. I was also responsible for collecting collating and publishing the utilization report of 1400 India resources to ILT (India Leadership Team) on a periodic basis. I was a member of Management Review meetings and other periodic Leadership reviews of major business lines within Lionbridge India including Content Engineering, Localization & Translation and Development & Testing.
