About Alex Stephanou
Were you swinging on the swings, zooming down the slide, or hustling in a soccer game? For me, I was always on the jungle gym. Climbing, swinging, and hanging upside down was a thrill. Although I\'ve outgrown the playground, my spirit remains on the jungle gym. I used to think there was only up, but I have realized it is okay to go left, right, backward, and forward. There is no one straight path to take that leads to a challenging and fulfilling career. I\'ve swung from tech expert in the public sector to EBC storyteller, then into sales, and then sideways to program leader. I am thrilled to be in my current role, leading a team of people at the start of their Solution Consulting careers. Guided by my innate curiosity, empathy, and competitive spirit, I thrive when pushed beyond my comfort
