About Austin Sommer
I am very well rounded with knowledge of all different aspects of the construction industry. Everything from applying to permits, to construction processes, to close outs is what I have gotten experience with. I had work experience with planning, risk assessment, contracting, and construction auditing. Finally, I have seen the construction process from the owner\'s point of view. I believe my experiences with a general contractor, third party consultant, and owner of a construction project, along with real estate, helps me understand the industry in depth from different angles. For the past two years I have managed thirty plus student athletes. This is a very beneficial task for many types of management positions.
