I am a highly self-motivated individual who can work as part of a team or under my own supervision.I have gained over 25 years experience working in the Structural Steelwork industry in a variety of roles. I have been involved in projects of varying sizes and complexity, for a variety of industries and I am also used to working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Having spent the initial years of my career working in the Drawing Office environment, I have gained an excellent knowledge in the methodology required to construct a steel framed building and have suitable experience to ensure that potential problems or difficulties are eradicated at the earliest possible time. This initial experience has now been complimented by almost 10 years experience working in a Contract Management role, ensuring that programme expectations are met and the works on site are provided in a safe manner.
