ABOUT AJ RISEDORPH
During my college and professional tenure, I worked with transitional school districts and excellent mentors. From student teaching at Snider High School in Fort Wayne, I was able to gain valuable experience in an Honors World History and AP US History class. I was able to develop challenging curriculum and adaptive strategies that are still being used there today. At East Noble Middle School, I was able to participate and aide in the corporation’s transition to a 1-to-1 school. I then spent 9 years in the classroom at NorthWood High School in Nappanee, IN. I had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of students, as well as, many amazing teachers and participate in a variety of professional development programs. After 10 years in the classroom, I transitioned out of the classroom into athletic administration. I am now the Dean of Athletics at NorthWood High School.
