I am a qualified Charted Accountant with over 9 years of experience with Deloitte USI and currently working as an Audit Manager and managing a team of approximately 12 members. I have gained diverse accounting experience of performing external audits of companies in accordance with both PCAOB and AICPA requirements, with notable clients in Real Estate and Tele‐Marketing sector having market capitalization of approx.$100B.I have worked on areas such as Revenue, Goodwill, Purchase Price Allocations, Risk Assessment, Fixed Assets, various types of Debt instruments, derivatives, dealing with Mezzanine Equity, Form S-11 for initial registration of companies and have also gained experience with end-to-end audits starting from the Planning phase until Reporting phase. I have also been involved in testing of Design & Implementation and Operating Effectiveness of internal controls by attending walkthroughs to understand the processes, risks and the controls in place.I have also worked towards seamless transformation of our audits into the newly developed in-house digital platform and was also a part as an Ambassador for such transition.
