At The Afghan Service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, I directed editorial planning and digital production for multilingual audiences, mentoring diverse teams and ensuring high-quality, on-brand content across platforms. My expertise includes editorial leadership, SEO-driven content optimization, newsletter development, and multimedia storytelling. Beyond newsroom leadership, I founded Yaraan.com, a bilingual digital platform that engaged Afghan youth inside and outside the country.
