ABOUT AJMAL SHAJAHAN

As a Credit Manager at Tata Capital, I am responsible for managing the credit underwriting and portfolio management functions for the retail lending business. I work with a team of credit analysts and relationship managers to ensure the quality and profitability of the loan portfolio, as well as the compliance and risk management standards. I also contribute to the development and implementation of credit policies, processes, and systems, and provide guidance and support to the channel partners and customers.Before joining Tata Capital, I was a Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank, where I handled the end-to-end customer relationship for corporate and business loans. I was involved in the origination,verification, disbursement, and servicing of the loans, as well as the cross-selling and retention of the customers. I achieved multiple targets and received recognition for my performance and customer satisfaction.I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Christ University, where I specialized in marketing. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MES College Nedumkandam, where I studied business and commerce. I have developed skills in credit analysis, financial modeling, customer relationship management, and communication. I am passionate about the financial sector and its role in empowering individuals and businesses. I am always eager to learn new things and enhance my competencies. My goal is to excel in my career and make a positive impact on the society.
