I have a Doctoral (PhD) qualification in Social Sciences and over 15 years of engagement as a researcher, policy advisor, and project manager in education and higher education governance, as well as social development programs. My academic and employment journey involves translating qualitative and quantitative data insights into policy decisions, program development and community development initiatives, especially in fragile and conflict-affected contexts. I am profecient in machine learning and using programming languages like Python, SQL, R, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization. My research interests include education, higher education, democratic institutions, intellectualism, human development paradigms, and immigration and refugee studies. I have designed and led development projects, contributed to evidence-based policymaking in fragile contexts, and worked closely with international organizations, ministries, universities, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
