My academic and employment journey involves translating qualitative and quantitative data insights into policy decisions, program development and community development initiatives, especially in fragile and conflict-affected contexts. My research interests include education, higher education, democratic institutions, intellectualism, human development paradigms, and immigration and refugee studies. I have designed and led development projects, contributed to evidence-based policymaking in fragile contexts, and worked closely with international organizations, ministries, universities, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
