Also, communicating risks to Directors. • Interfacing to direct customer base and managing scope and status. • Creating user stories, marking for completion, grooming backlog, adding labels, and performing jQuery for filtering. • Performing daily follow-ups and tracking user stories to completion. • Working closely with the product owner regarding any spillovers and explaining to the product owner and supporting teams the reason(s) with supporting details. • Managing projects from start to finish in the lifecycle - Requirements gathering to Deployment. • Helping transition Freddie from waterfall to a scaled agile environment - managing all projects in Jira, utilizing confluence to oversee interdependencies amongst other value streams/teams. • Overseeing two value streams within the IDEA organization. • Managing the framework, organization, & storage of artifacts from team members into sharepoint. • Managing MS Teams – structure and framework for collaboration. • In charge of the weekly status reports for all value streams within the IDEA organization. • Creating High level scheduling in Project and utilizing advanced roadmaps metrics in JIRA. • Conducting PI planning sessions for each quarter and creating/presenting PPT decks for the director/vmo, and visual aids of high-level scheduling with content for each project involved for approval. • Training scrum masters from other value streams in Jira and agile methodologies.
