As a former Army Officer, I’ve successfully led numerous high-stake projects in some of the most challenging environments on Earth. Whether I’m managing a software implementation in a manufacturing environment or directing a highly-skilled team of Executive Program Management consultants in Afghanistan, I’ve proven to be resourceful, trusting of my technical experts and focused on continuous improvement. When transitioning to the private sector in 2015, I sought out opportunities larger than myself – things that inspire, help, or make things just a little easier for humanity. That’s why I’m attracted to the Medical Device and the Technology industry. It’s a chance to make something awesome that can significantly improve ones’ quality of life. Plus, I enjoy the challenge of leading a team to solve complex problems. Over the last several years, I built a proven track record of success in the medical device industry. I’ve led multiple production lines that make some of the most amazing and revolutionary products. I’ve collaborated on new product development (NPD/NPI) projects that have helped reshape the future of stroke care. Most recently, I managed an enterprise-wide project to design and implement a manufacturing execution system (Camstar) to speed production, reduce COGS and improve root cause analysis. While I’m best known for my ability to get things done, build great teams, and learn really fast, I’m driven by a sense of purpose and innovation.
