About Ajit Meena

As an Associate Manager at FRND, I am part of a team that is building the social dating communities for BHARAT. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them for solving real-world problems. I have contributed to the development and launch of several features and campaigns that have increased user engagement and retention on our platform. I graduated from IIT Kanpur with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in June 2023. During my college years, I was actively involved in organizing and leading various events and competitions for Antaragni, the annual cultural festival of IITK. I raised and managed resources worth INR 20 million, led a 4-tier team of 650+ members, and initiated innovative concepts such as hybrid mode competitions, road trips, and open stage. I also held leadership positions in the Film Club, the Media and Cultural Council, and the Students\' Gymkhana. I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills through these experiences. I am always open to new opportunities and challenges, and love to explore the different aspects of the problems I come across.
