About Ajith Sowndararajan
My experience includes over a decade of work in the area of Product Design, Research, Business & Strategy across both B2B & B2C platforms (Both at Freshworks & Flipkart), includes varied domains like SaaS/Cloud, eCommerce, banking, telecom, travel, research labs & custom business solutions. I am very passionate about making technology accessible and desirable for any kind of user, be it a consumer or a SME business owner (India & the world)I have designed & scaled multiple products ground up, love building teams that help design scale for businesses and institutionalising User Centered thinking across the organizations. In short, I have helped design operate better for an organization. I sell design well, which enables me to bring design dev, product and business on the same page very quickly. I started in research labs and have been part of the core teams that create and conceptualize new products and services, including VR (Virtual reality), AR (Augmented reality), and Machine learning models. I have managed to receive various awards and published my works in several top conferences including ACM SIGGRAPH, MIT Journal.To realise my love for design I went through engineering and worked as a backend engineer for CDNs (i.e. Youtube\'s backend Infra):DP.S.
