Monarch Project: Geisinger Health Plan initially had the Amisys claims processing engine where all the Claims, Membership, Eligibility, Benefits, Capitation, Authorizations & Provider information was adjudicated, and this system was replaced by Facets claims processing tool/engine in 3 phases where the data was mapped to the ODS and later to the Data warehouse for ReportingAccumulators:Geisinger has association with various pharmacy benefit managers and sharing the member accumulations in a two-way manner Inbound and Out-bound was one of the major business decisions.B2B Outbound Extracts:Outbound extracts to various external and internal vendors in a standard B2B formatBroker Enrollment:Enrolling the broker HICN and MBI members in the gold screen and sending them out the latest status of the members to the concerned vendors in conjunction with CMS
