With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain, I lead the central operations, new product commercialisation & process excellence function for 22 foods factories at ITC Limited, ensuring optimal performance, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.I have a strong background in continuous improvement, lean six sigma, and total productive maintenance, having successfully executed multiple projects related to cost, efficiency, safety, and productivity. I am also a certified TPM facilitator, a lean six sigma black belt, and a safety-STOP for supervision trainer. I hold a bachelor of engineering in mechanical engineering and an MBA from IIM Kozhikode, one of the premier business schools in India.I am passionate about solving complex problems, driving innovation, and delivering value to the stakeholders. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, coaching process engineers, and empowering the frontline staff.
