Credit shall verify the files disbursed in the respective region. Ensure all files are verified at the earliest to ensure lowest possible TAT. Shall ensure that the loans are approved within the credit policy parameters.Enquire about pendency/ delay (if any) in the logged file. Analyse PDE, assessment and CAMs prepared by the Credit Heads and provide necessary feedback and training. Verify the technical and legal aspects of the property and find out if any marketability issues Inform Manager in case of any delay/lapse from field officer in completing the file. Take end to end ownership of credit processing of all logged files in the region. Coordinate with external technical and legal vendors for getting reports on time and verify the same. Shall ensure file verification within 24 hours from the date of entry of the files in the system.
