At Morgan Stanley, I lead initiatives that streamline payment processes, enhance Straight Through Processing (STP) rates, and ensure compliance with evolving financial messaging standards.My expertise includes spearheading the implementation of ISO 20022 standards, driving automation in wire transfer workflows, and overseeing operations that handle high-value transactions with precision and efficiency. I am passionate about leveraging technology to transform payment operations and deliver scalable solutions in the dynamic landscape of global finance.Prior to Morgan Stanley i was responsible for driving the assessment, sizing and integration of payment capabilities that makes a transformational impact on the Fintech partners of Cross River Bank. I was focused on maximizing and realizing sales, revenues, expanding market share, and increasing profit margins, while supporting the Bank’s strategic goals. Previous to Cross River Bank i used to head Moneydart Global Services Inc, DBA Xpress Money one of the most trusted names worldwide in payments, enterprise solutions and digital payments. I have led the Company from start up through several milestones during my tenure. Adhering to the principle of continuous business improvement for extraordinary customer experiences i have conceptualized and introduced technology driven digital payments services to facilitate payments as well as driving enterprise business strategy, industry/competitive analyses, partnerships/alliances and overall product lifecycle management around API platforms for Fintechs around the world.
