Man Power Planning for estimation of current and future requirement.Grievance Handling Assisted in Grievance Redressed and Disciplinary Proceedings, Related to Payroll, Increment, overtime and other Labour problems. Conducting Progressive Performance Plan for poor performers & Organizing skip level meets to understand the issues faced by the employees and getting means to resolve the issue ASAP.
