The plant uses energy efficient latest technology from industry leaders Kellogg, Brown & Root (KBR), USA and Saipem, Italy.Matix Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited• Responsible for the Ammonia Project implementation, Pre commissioning, commissioning and Production Job from project conceived till final Production.• Prepared, review and manage risk mange of the project and resolved all issue flawlessly.• Focal point for all project activities monitoring i.e. Technicalities, Pre commissioning, Commissioning, start up and troubleshooting during start up etc.• Vendor Management to ensure the flawless job execution and seamless coordination.• Technical –Responsible for the all technical matter and project and process engineering (BED & Detail Engineering) job for the Ammonia Project.• Manage and Guidance to Ammonia Plant for Planning & Handling Daily Production Targets in Shifts, Safe & uninterrupted plant operation with trouble shooting.• Inventory Maintain and timely procurement of Material & spare equipment etc.• Optimization of Energy to ensure the maximize utilization of available resources.• Ensure and adhere to the HSE policy and review all Safety aspect for the plant.
