   As a leader responsible for overseeing a team of over 200 professionals spanning various functions within our organization, including Expense Accounting, Balance Sheet Substantiation, Strategy and Execution, APAC Service Delivery, and all accounting teams based in GAO Poland, I am dedicated to driving transformation across our operations. My focus remains steadfast on re-engineering initiatives and enhancing controls to ensure the highest efficiency and compliance standards.I am also deeply involved in strategic partnerships with our Technology department, particularly in the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across EMEA, North America and APAC. This initiative is instrumental in streamlining our processes and elevating our capabilities.In addition to our in-house teams, I provide diligent oversight of processes managed by our partner, HCL JV. It\'s essential to ensure seamless collaboration and performance in achieving our goals.I actively participate in the Balance Sheet Substantiation Council meetings, where I engage in continuous reviews of critical issues that could impact our Profit and Loss (P&L).
