I\'ve spent 20+ years at Microsoft transforming how we think about cloud networking and organizational capability. For the past 6+ years, I\'ve led the Transit Connectivity Services Portfolio, encompassing Azure Virtual WAN, Azure Route Server, Data Egress, Network Virtual Appliance, Azure Microsoft Peering Service, and CDN interconnect, a major enterprise cloud networking portfolio. Beyond the numbers, I\'m driving something bigger: an organization-wide AI Learning Initiative that\'s reshaping how product teams learn, experiment, and embed AI as a core competency. What started as an idea has become our flagship forum for AI thought leadership, breaking down silos and accelerating real innovation across the organization.The results speak for themselves: consistent revenue growth, improved customer retention, substantial new revenue streams, and a notable reduction in service failures achieved through DevOps-aligned quality initiatives.
