I have close to 19 years of experience working in US individual taxation. I am currently providing my professional services to Vialto Partners as US Tax Signer at Manager Level 2. I have led multiple engagements and developed many professionals in the field of US taxation. Along with 1040 tax returns, I have worked on many consulting projects such as compensation review, Gross up, hypo withholding projects, cost projections, extension calculation & notices, etc. I have experience working with VIP assignees as a Tax return contact and signer. With my passion for technology, I got an opportunity to learn and explore new technologies introduced in the firm such as Alteryx, UiPath, and Tableau. I became a part of the Digital Transformation team for 2 years and developed many automations for the Practice. This has resulted in saving thousands of hours for the practice. I am passionate about developing efficient processes to gain efficiency and quality work. Developed several automations to make the many engagements gain efficiency in their process. I have led various firm-level & practice-level projects. Multitasking is my major strength, which has helped me get involved in many important projects and manage my Core compliance work.Before being associated with Vialto & PwC I worked for KPMG (OPI/EXL) for almost 10 years. I got an experience working with small to large size engagement with Individual taxation to High-Net-worth clients. Along with managing compliance, I was playing a strategic role in planning Tax Season, staffing, recruitment, training, and PMS appraisals. With the attitude to make every project successful, I have accepted various challenging projects and succeeded in them such as the US Employee Expenses reimbursement audit, US Payroll, and Customer Service projects.
