About Ajinkya Patale
Born in Nagpur in a lower-middle-class family where my father was an Auto Rikshaw Driver and my Mother was a Nurse. With 2 elder sisters and a total of 5 members in the family, I have seen how much of a struggle we faced for a certain period of time. As time elapsed, we grew and started working and because of my Mother\'s critical decisions in our career, I am what I am today. I was very weak in studies until my 12th Standard, I flunked in 9th and repeated it. All my friend\'s parents teased me as if I was a repeater. I felt bad as I was alone and no one was supposed to play with me. I had that pain in my heart but I moved on and figured out how to entertain myself with different games. I was very good at playing basketball and I was a part of a club in Nagpur. I was consistent in my practice and was thinking that I will make my career in this sport. My mother was very sure that I will also do Nursing training and get a job, as she was sure there was a 100% Job guarantee after a nursing degree. I passed my 12th and I wanted to do something in computers, but as you know my Mom wanted me to be a nurse, we had a fight and I still got admission in BSc electronics as I wanted to represent my college/university in basketball. I flunked my 1st-year BSc too. That was the turning point of my life. I was enrolled in Nursing training, was away from my home, staying with friends, and learning to be independent. Understanding financial management, studying regularly, being very religious in this professional training, and guess what I was the topper of my college in 1st year. Completed my professional qualification, and worked in ICU for 2 years in Mumbai\'s biggest hospital, where I was able to help people in need. I was happy and satisfied and surprisingly I got an opportunity to work for a US-based IT company where I was also helping patients but digitally. Technology was something I loved and started growing myself in that direction to become a Technology and data expert and never looked back. My trajectory was always going up in education and skills. Today 16 years in the IT industry making an impact in various sectors of patient life direct or indirectly. During the journey, I have learned many things which I want to share with people in need. I know there are over 900 million people struggling to overcome mental and psychological disorders and feel that they are lacking in motivation, inspiration, support, guidance, love, and understanding. My mission is to impact 1 million lives and help them overcome these challenges and become invincible.
