   As Team Captain, I lead a dedicated team of engineers across every vehicle system, including aerodynamics, brakes, chassis, drivetrain, electronics, powertrain and vehicle dynamics.I oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative duties to keep our work organized and on deadline.I collaborate with subsystem heads to offer guidance and address technical challenges promptly.I manage engagement with our college and external stakeholders, fostering strong communication and partnerships.I coordinate the integration of all vehicle components to ensure they operate smoothly and reliably together.I act as the team’s representative during sponsor discussions, presentations, and competitions, proudly communicating our progress and successes.
