About Ajinkya S.
I am an Associate at CBRE, one of the largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, where I carry out valuation assignments for various real estate assets. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering followed by a Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management in Real Estate domain from NICMAR, the premier institute for construction management in India. My core competencies include Valuation,Financial Modeling, Data analysis, Cash flow analysis and Due diligence.In my current role, I use valuation methods such as Cost, Market and Income approach to appraise real estate properties for different purposes, such as Mergers & Acquisition,Purchase Price Allocation,Financial Reporting, Secured Lending,etc. I also conduct market studies and create valuation reports for various clients. Additionally, I can use tools such as Power BI and Tableau to visualize and communicate the data and insights. I am passionate about the real estate industry and its impact on the economy, society, and environment. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of experts, and I strive to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions that meet the clients needs and expectations.
