About Ajinkya Puranik

I am immensely interested in Digital Systems Design, Analog Circuits, and Embedded Systems. Today, the world is heading towards the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence technology which will make Human life easier to live. The main hardware requirement for these IoT/AI technology is an application-specific system on the chip (ASIC). I am keen to solve the societal problems by applying my Engineering concepts.I have completed my M.Tech. degree in Communication System Engineering from VNIT Nagpur and currently working in the field of RTL Design verification which requires knowledge of SV and UVM. I am handling Interconnect/Network on Chip (NoC) IP verification inside System on Chip (SoC). AHB, AXI, and company specific protocols are used in the design. It is an outstanding experience to work as a team.I have done an internship at IIT Bombay as part of my M.Tech. final year thesis. I worked on Cadence OrCAD software to design a control circuit and High-speed ADC\'s circuit for the Readout Integrated Circuit which is used to detect pixels of an Infrared Camera. Also worked on the FPGA design of the said circuits using VHDL. I got opportunity to work with Morarjee Textiles Ltd, Nagpur as my undergrad project named \"Effluent Treatment Plant Data Acquisition System\" which acquires data from Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). Used Keil software to program the P89V51RD2 microcontroller. The parameters acquired are Temperature, Total Dissolved Solids in water, and Water Level in the Tank, the model is presented to the company.I know System Verilog, UVM, OrCAD, Keil, VHDL, MATLAB, C, and Python.I aim to explore myself in such a manner that I will be able to develop advanced technology which in-turn used develop my nation.
