About Ajinkya Kunte
With over a year of work experience in human resources, I am passionate about developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. Currently, I am an intern at Cipla Health, where I support the HR team in various tasks, such as onboarding, payroll, and compliance. I am also the Cyber Secretary of the Student Union at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai, where I am pursuing my master\'s degree in human resources management. In this role, I coordinate and communicate with the student body, faculty, and administration on various issues and initiatives. Previously, I interned at DTDC Express, where I conducted a gap analysis and developed a standard operating procedure for the confirmation and separation process. I have acquired skills in HR policies, onboarding, and human resources, and I am eager to learn more and grow as an HR professional.
