About Ajinkya Gulanikar
I am Master\'s graduate in Automotive Engineering from CU-ICAR with 3 years of work experience in structural analysis.As a part of the CAE team at F.tech, I work towards improving static & dynamic stiffness performance as well as durability performance of suspension subframes while reducing their mass for major OEMS.For 6 months, I was a part of the Applied Mechanics team at Cummins Filtration and worked towards developing advanced methods for simulating time & temperature dependent plastic materials in order to identify their sealing pressure with hyper-elastic gasket materials. This has given me a deep insight into using ANSYS and performing non-linear analysis. During my Master\'s I worked for 1 year on a project titled,\'Deep Orange 10, which is a Prototype Development Project for a purpose-built, electric autonomous mobility concept for 2030 Smart City life as a Design Engineer for the BIW, doing structural analysis & optimization along with occupant packaging.Through my course-work during my Master\'s I worked on multiple projects related to NVH such as Modal Analysis, Impact Testing, Order Analysis and through this was able to improve my understanding of NVH concepts & use the software LMS Test.lab. I also got experience in working with various testing components such as Shakers, stingers, accelerometers & trouble-shooting the same along with using Signal Processing tools such sptool in Matlab.During my Under-Graduate Education, I participated in SAE BAJA competitions in USA, Korea & India from 2014 to 2016. I led the Drive-train department and this has given me considerable experience in analysis, design and manufacturing of variety of automotive components such as gearboxes, rollcage.
