My role is to work on Rolls-Royce TP400, HP-HUB, EJ200, Adour, MT-30, Engine concessions and to build the technical data for the casting parts. Few major responsibilities are stated below:* Assessment of non-conformance via a Concession/Deviation Permit/Drawing Alteration Request (DAR)* Issuing of a report of the Concession/Deviation Permit/DAR submission to support the disposition* Implementing the Design Knowledge for aero-engine systems and all associated components (e.g. compressor, turbine, combustor, bearings, seals, casings, fitting parts etc.)* Writing of Technical Assessment Reports (TARs)* Assessing engineering drawings* Performing tolerancing calculations and bolt checks etc.* Liaising with non-conformance specialists* Following procedures and specifications* Applying Design for Manufacture (DFM) best practices
