Involved in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions based on the Sitecore platform, primarily focusing on content management and digital marketing systems.Key Responsibilities:1.Solution Design & Development - Develop scalable, high-performance solutions using Sitecore, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies- Implement best practices in Sitecore development, including template creation, component development, workflows, and personalization- Design and develop custom modules, integrations, and third-party services to meet business needs.2.Technical Leadership- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions- Lead code reviews, ensuring the quality and security of the codebase.3.System Maintenance & Optimization- Maintain and enhance existing Sitecore solutions, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and upgrading the system as necessary- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable, adhering to best practices for cloud deployments, particularly Azure or AWS.4.Collaboration & Communication- Work closely with designers, front-end developers, and other back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of the user interface and back-end functionality- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.5.Sitecore Expertise- Keep up to date with the latest Sitecore versions, updates, and technologies- Utilize Sitecore’s advanced features such as marketing automation, personalization, and analytics to deliver enhanced customer experiences.
