ABOUT AJI NUR IBRAHIM

I am an undergraduate Management student at Universitas Negeri Jakarta with a concentration in Financial Management and a strong interest in business and financial analysis. With hands-on experience in operational management, project execution, and organizational research, I am accustomed to working in structured, data-driven environments.I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of GrowUpYuk, where I am responsible for strategic planning, operational forecasting, and business analysis to support decision-making and program execution. In addition, I have experience as a Staff of Research and Development at HIMA Management UNJ, contributing to internal research, data processing, and organizational evaluation to improve program effectiveness.Beyond operational roles, I have been actively involved in event management, academic conferences, and student-led initiatives, serving as a moderator, committee member, and coordinator in various national and international events. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, communication, and analytical skills.My interests include financial planning, business analysis, operational strategy, and data-driven decision-making. I am currently seeking internship or entry-level opportunities where I can further develop my skills in financial management and contribute meaningfully to organizational growth.
