As a Lead Consultant at FICO, I leverage my technical expertise in object-oriented programming, back-end programming, systems architecture, AI/machine learning, and distributed systems to design and develop technical training curricula for new software features. I also deliver training domestically and internationally on FICO’s cloud SaaS platforms, including FICO Platform capabilities, Blaze Advisor, and Decision Management Platform Streaming.In addition to my role at FICO, I am pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering at Colorado State University. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Accountancy, both from the University of Akron, with a concentration in Information Systems and Business Analytics. Creates forecasts to help estimate total resource utilization and spend for curriculum development activities, and presents on project timelines, spend, and resource needs to senior decision-makers- Developed a 3-step review process for technical curriculum to support standardized sets of tasks and activities during curriculum development to help guide quality.
